The Saint Paul Public Library provides assistive computer hardware and software that allows persons with vision, mobility, and learning challenges to increase learning and work independence. Three branches have an assistive technology computer station: Central, Highland Park, and Rondo Community Outreach. Each has Internet access and is equipped with magnification, screen reader and speech recognition software. All Saint Paul Public Libraries are accessible and have large print materials and books on CD. Described DVDs and closed-caption DVDs are also available at some locations.
