That’s what the National MS Society provides — answers to your questions and access to information about all of the options available to you. Our MS Navigators are highly-skilled professionals — equipped to respond to your needs. Whether you are a person with MS, a family member, or concerned about someone with MS, the National MS Society is your partner — helping you find the information and resources you need.

The National MS Society MS Navigator Program provides people affected by multiple sclerosis with the information, resources and support required to address the challenges of MS. The program can be accessed online via live chat at, via e-mail at, or by calling 1-800-344-4867 8am-5pm CT Mon-Fri. All services are free.

Must have a diagnosis of MS, or suspected MS.

The MS Navigators are also able to find all potential sources of local, state, and national funding to increase your chances of receiving full funding for any AT item needed. We can also help you work with your health insurance to make sure you're able to access all available AT benefits provided for in your policy.
