The National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, Minnesota Chapter provides services, programs and research for those individuals who have MS and where appropriate, provides services and programming to families and friends of those with MS. Subsidies for equipment are also available after all other third party payments have been made.

Young adult and older

Multiple sclerosis

Area of Minnesota served:
Statewide except the counties served by the Dakota Chapter of the MS Society. These include: Clay, Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Polk and Wilken The Minnesota Chapter also serves the Wisconsin counties of Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and Douglas

Eligibility criteria:
Registered member of the Minnesota Chapter of the MS Society

Maximum amount individual can receive:
$1,500 per person per year. The MS Society will reimburse a percentage of the balance for durable medical equipment.
