The Simon Technology Center, a program of PACER Center, is a nonprofit community resource dedicated to making the benefits of computers and assistive technology available to children and adults with disabilities.
The STC has an assitive technology demonstration and loan library available for parents of children with disabilities, consumers and professionals in Minnesota. Additional services include free assistive technology consultations, for fee in-service trainings, and individualized trainings of assistive technology products. The STC also coordinates special projects such as KITE, EXITE, SUPER, TeST, etc.

Membership is required to use the STC Library. Full and partial scholarships are available for families and consumers. Membership is not required to access other STC services.
Maximum amount individual can receive:
Membership fees for the STC Library are $50/year for families and consumers and $100/year for professionals and organizations. Access to the STAR inventory is free. Full and partial scholarships are available to families and consumers.
In-service charges apply for professional organizations that request in-service training and for individualized trainings on specific technologies for individuals.
