RATC is a lending loaning library with resources related to assistive technology and universal design for learning (UDL) for communication and literacy. Evaluations are conducted to determine what tools and strategies may be considered to assist the individual (birth to adult) with effective and efficient resources to lower the barriers and raise the level of success.

The RATC does not fund services or equipment directly. We provide assistance in funding after our evaluation to determine the need for the technology.
Training is provided for augmentative alternative communication, reading comprehension and written language.
