The Minnesota Collaboratives Low Incidence Technology Project is a regional task force geared toward meeting the educational, independent living, vocational and recreational needs of learners challenged in eight areas: autism, vision, hearing, vision/hearing, physical, traumatic brain injury and other health impairments and mild to severe mental impairment. This is accomplished through appropriate uses of simple and sophisticated functional forms of technology.

Birth to 21 years of age

Sensory, physical and communication impairments

Area of Minnesota served:
Special Education regions 5 & 7

Eligibility criteria:
Each learner who meets the criteria of special education services through the local school district may access services.
