CILNM is a private nonprofit organization with a mission to assist individuals to live independently, pursue meaningful goals and have the same opportunities and choices as all persons.

CILNM provides a number of services for people with disabilities, their families and friends, service providers and interested community members. These services include information and referral, advocacy, independent living skills, peer and group support, recreational programs, website, facebook page for discussions, PCA Choice Program, Assistive Technology demonstration and lending programs, and a variety of other services for people with disabilities. All programs are consumer controlled with emphasis on improving the quality of life for all persons with disabilities.
